Most of our customers and prospective customers find themselves in contact with her: Susanne Otto has been managing our customers’ requirements since 2014 in her role as Key Account Manager. Susanne makes sure that we understand our customers’ needs and create a customised offer for them, and that everything runs smoothly during the planning of the seminars and coaching sessions. As part of our “academy after six”, as a trained CiP Life & System Coach, Susanne helps to design the seminars on the topic of stage fright.
