As a certified trainer and business coach, Karsten Stölzgen has been supporting people with their professional and personal development for more than 10 years. With many years’ experience as a head hunter, he brings considerable experience in the areas of sales and consulting from a variety of areas to his seminars.

In this context, the theoretical frame of reference of his work is his studies in Public Speaking and Adult Education at the University of Tübingen, which he passed with first class honours. He also demonstrated his skills in public speaking in winning the title of “best public speaker” in the final of the German debating championships.

One of Karsten’s key strengths is the combination between his feel for the individual needs of his participants and his sense of humour. This helps the participants to leave their comfort zone during their training and to further their skills.
