Since completing her first degree, Karina Hagemann has been a professional trainer for the Association of German Industrial Engineers. She has held numerous training sessions for students and prospective managers in the area of communication, transactions analysis, conflict resolution and self-presentation in German and English. Through her part-time university course in Industrial Engineering, she has also gained detailed knowledge of the issues surrounding industrial companies and their employees. In addition to her position as a trainer, she is also studying psychology on a part-time basis so as to expand her specialist knowledge in the areas of resilience, management and perception.
